A leaf spring is in fact always a cut length. Applications of leaf springs are universal as a result of which no standard stock programme exists. In order to be able to meet every customer’s demand, Alcomex has specifically equipped its production centre with a modern machine-park. As such, both large and small series of custom made leaf springs can be supplied rapidly at competitive prices. For projects requiring larger series, mould are used. To assess the functionality, often prototypes are supplied first, which are manufactured by use of laser technology. Also at Alcomex we have the opportunity to perform laser cutting or to advise you about the manufacturability of special custom made leaf springs.
