We begin the year 2022 with the creation of a new subsidiary of our group in Europe. The company is called “Alcomex Muelles” and it is located in the city of Valencia, the third largest city in Spain by population. Valencia is a strategic city due to its position as the first Spanish cargo port and the first container port in the Mediterranean.
Spain is a market with high potential for industrial springs and garage door springs. Indeed, our position as European leader in the manufacture of industrial and residential sectional door springs already places us as a known and expected player in the Iberian market. We look forward to serving a large number of local actors there. As far as industrial springs are concerned, we have beautiful industries to address and for which our experience of more than 150 years as a spring manufacturer will bring significant added value.
